Colloidal Silica
Colloidal silica is a stable suspension of discrete spherical SiO₂ nanoparticles in water — distinct from silica sol in particle uniformity and purity. Applications: chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP) slurries for semiconductors, anti-slip floor coatings, and zeolite synthesis.
